Product Issues

  • We’re sorry to hear that you had an issue with our products! For quality/safety issues, we ask that you reach out to us via our contact form here.

    • For problems with shipping and delivery, we recommend getting in touch with the retailer, as we don’t sell directly to customers.

  • We’re sorry to hear you had an issue with our products! Unfortunately, we don’t handle the processing and shipping of Amazon orders, so customers should get in touch with them directly.

    • We understand this can be a complicated process with perishable items, so we recommend speaking with an agent through their virtual chat or calling their customer service line.

  • We’re sorry to hear this! Because our sauerkraut is full of living cultures, sometimes the fermentation process restarts & causes damage to the jar. To avoid this, our sauerkraut should be refrigerated as soon as possible and kept at a temperature between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius.
