No. Although our products are plant-based, they are prepared in facilities that handle other brands. As such, we do not hold any of these dietary certifications unless specifically listed on our packaging.

Yes! We have a large range of organic products which are certified by Organic Farmers & Growers (OF&G), an organization that certifies over 1400 farmers and more than 50% of all organic land in the UK.

Unfortunately, the raw/refrigerated varieties of our sauerkraut are only available in the UK, at select retailers.

Yes! Since our apple cider vinegar is raw and unfiltered, what you’re seeing is called the mother–a natural, living culture of bacteria that helps the fermentation process.
It’s completely safe to consume and is a sign of unpasteurized vinegar. Simply shake well before using, and enjoy!

No. Our coconut milk is made with just two ingredients–coconut and water, for a rich, creamy flavour!

No. Our coconut range is produced in Sri Lanka, and we use a strict sourcing system to ensure that monkeys are never used in our coconut harvesting.

We understand this can be a complicated process with perishable items, so we recommend speaking with an agent through their virtual chat or calling their customer service line.

We’re sorry to hear this! Because our sauerkraut is full of living cultures, sometimes the fermentation process restarts & causes damage to the jar. To avoid this, our sauerkraut should be refrigerated as soon as possible and kept at a temperature between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius.
